Instead of printing a document and then scanning it into the system for archiving or workflow, a pharmacy can print the document directly into Paperless Pharmacy Custom and automatically store it for later retrieval. This module can obtain data from several print streams, including ASCII and PCL. This data can be downloaded via a local network, FTP, or socket connection. This module also enables the retrieval of documents by clicking on a value in the document, like a patient number or name.
